How did our Minis and Juniors get on at the weekend? Here are some highlights from Week Two of the new season:

Under 7s | Adam

Adam got player of the day. He listened well and scored a number of excellent tries.

Under 8s | Jake

Jake was player of the week for U8s for good listening and organising his team into a defensive line.

Under 9s | Evan

Even played with determination and was very effective with his tackling. His  eagerness saw him offside a couple of times, but rectified it once the coaches gave him clear instructions. The attacking team had their work cut out against him. Well done Evan, keep it up.

Under 10s | Rastik

Rastik has embraced the new contact skills introduced this season and demonstrated his dynamism with some bullish ball carrying in training today. Great work Rastik keep it up!

Under 11s | Alex

Congratulations to Alex for winning tackle of the week, his tackling was absolutely awesome today - amazing work on his first session back!

Under 12s | Finn

Finn was selected as player of the week for his exceptional ball handling, aggressive jackalling and key contributions to the team.

Under 13s | Finley and Zach

Finley was players player and Zach was coaches player of the day for an excellent game away vs Hungerford. Hard running, tackling and jackling the ball.

Under 14s | Jack

U14 Player of the week this week goes to Jack. It was fantastic how well he has settled into the team! His confidence in his carrying is growing with each session and he was dominant in his contact today.

Under 16s | Harvey

Harvey delivered a standout performance, earning the Player of the Match title for his enthusiasm and commitment. He managed the line-out very well, consistently securing possession and creating opportunities. Harvey led the forwards by example and his tactical awareness made a real difference in the team's overall performance.

Under 16s | George

In a game that Bassett dominated through a combination of technical ability and sheer grit, one player stood out. George was a key component in helping the team win the lineouts and scrums. With a relatively small squad of 18 facing 26, the team need maximum effort from every player. George took on the challenge and was a major contributor to helping maintain the team momentum throughout the game.
