The RWBRFC 500 Club is our monthly draw that offers big cash prizes. The more members who join the 500 Club, the bigger the prizes!
Prizes are drawn on the last Saturday of each month. Additionally, we hold an annual Boxing Day GRAND PRIZE DRAW with cash prizes up to a total value of £6,000!
Proceeds are split between the prize pot and the rugby club, with funds directed to support the playing of rugby at all levels.

Who can join the 500 Club?
Membership of the 500 Club is open to anyone aged over 18. You don’t even have to be a member of the rugby club!
How much does it cost?
Join now for as little as £5 per month. You can pay in full or spread the cost by monthly standing order. You can purchase as many numbers you like, for £60 per year.
When do the draws take place?
The monthly prize is drawn on the last Saturday of each month. At least one member of the Executive Committee will be in attendance and all winners will be notified via email or text within 24 hours of each draw.
What is the Grand Prize Draw?
Additional to the monthly draw, every Boxing Day we hold an ANNUAL GRAND PRIZE DRAW offering bigger cash prizes, up to a total value of £6,000!
Who benefits?
The 500 Club is a fun way to support the rugby club. Proceeds are split between the prize pot and the rugby club, with funds directed to support the playing of rugby at all levels. Over £25,000 has been awarded in prizes to date, with equivalent funds raised to support the club.
What are the prizes?
The more members we have in the 500 Club, the bigger the prizes. So encourage members of your family, friends or neighbours to sign-up as well. This will swell the prize pot, whilst helping community sport!

How do I join?
First, please download our 500 Club Application Form
Complete the form and post it in the black post box in reception, or email it to the Membership Team.

After completing the form, please ensure payment is made. You can pay in full by cash, cheque or card payment over the bar in the clubhouse. However, our preferred method is direct to the 500 Club account by BACS (payment in full) or standing order (payment in full or monthly).
