Tickets are now on sale for our Gloucester United vs Exeter Braves A-League fixture at Ballards Ash.

The Premiership A-League Round 6 fixture will be held at Ballards Ash, the home of RWBRFC on the evening of Monday 18th December.

Gloucester Rugby recognised the large number of supporters that travel regularly from the Swindon area, and expressed a drive this season to take their game on the road to Royal Wootton Bassett.

"Both Johnny May and Gareth Evans are Bassett lads who went on to represent Gloucester. I’m sure that there will be several more coming up through our ranks who will have an eye on wearing the Cherry and White jersey at some stage," stated Chris Elias, chairman of RWBRFC. "This fixture will certainly further cement the relationship between our two clubs."

Tickets can be purchased on the gate - Adult tickets are priced at £5, with free entry for accompanying children. Gloucester season ticket holders will also be granted free entry to the event.

The 2017-18 Premiership Rugby A-League is the 15th season of the A-League in the English domestic competition. Gloucester United were finalists in the 2016-17 final, coming second to Northampton Wanderers 36 - 15.

Plan your travel

We are anticipating a bumper crowd at our ground for this match a week before Christmas and on-site parking will be heavily restricted.

There are a limited number of Car Park Passes available allowing parking at the club or at the Sports Association. These may be purchased in advance this weekend from the REBRFC Bar for £3. We would strongly advise advance purchase to guarantee a parking space on the night. Only those purchasing a Car Park Pass will be permitted to park on site.

Please consider car-sharing or walking if possible to help minimise traffic disruption. Gates open at 5pm, with kick-off at 7.30pm.
