Ladies Rugby Fit: This summer we’re giving something back to the community. We’re inviting women aged 17+ to come along for a FREE summer rugby-themed fitness boot camp. Suitable for all abilities, the session will cover a range of fitness activities based around a rugby theme.
Ravens Fitness Sessions: Fitness training for existing and new U14, U16 & U18 girls rugby players.
Tuesdays
4pm – 5.30pm
Supervised Gym Session: Open gym session for U16 – U18 boys and girls. Must be existing club members.
Wednesdays
6pm – 7.30pm
Minis Family Touch Rugby: Time for the whole family to come together to play fun touch rugby with their younger children.

4pm - 5.30pm
Supervised gym session: Open gym session for Under 16 to Under 18 boys and girls. Open to existing club members only.

Junior Touch Rugby & Girls Touch Rugby: A session for our older youth players to bring along the whole family to play fun touch rugby.
