NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of RWBRFC will be held at the RWBRFC Clubhouse at 7pm on Wednesday 30th May 2018.
Proposed Agenda
- To note attendance and any apologies
- To consider and approve (with or without amendments) the minutes of the previous AGM
- To receive and approve reports from the Committee since the previous AGM
- To receive the Hon Treasurer’s Report and approve a financial statement for the preceding financial year
- To elect the Executive Committee Officers for the coming year:
- Chairman
- Vice Chairman
- Facilities Manager
- Clubhouse Manager
- Mini and Junior Chair
- For the Executive Committee to appoint officers of the Committee for the ensuing year:
- President
- Hon. Treasurer
- Director of Rugby
- Hon. Secretary
- To elect new Life Members.
- To consider any other motion or business that has been submitted in writing to Hon. Secretary secretary@rwbrfc.club by 9th May, duly proposed by one Member and seconded by another Member.
- Announcement of annual and other awards.
