We're already a month into the season, and our Minis and Juniors teams are still brimming with enthusiasm! Let's take a look at their weekend highlights:

Under 6s | Arthur

Under 6s stayed at home this week with the juniors. They had a great time in the sunshine and welcomed lots of new players.

Arthur and William were highlighted for their hard work and excellent evasion skills.

Under 8s | Millie, Willem, Arthur & Oscar

The Under 8s had so many great players they struggled to choose!

Millie was fearless in attack and communicated well in defense.

Willem worked really hard on his support runs.

Arthur was really engaged in the session and great ball carrying skills.

Oscar has grown in confidence and managed to score a couple of great tries!

Under 9s | Jack, Darcey & Harry

Under 9s had a great fixture against Hungerford, excellent opponents!

Jack was highlighted for his great tackling and running lines.

Darcey was highlighted for some amazing tackles.

Harry kept his space on the line and supported his teammates.

Under 10s | Zion, Daniel & Luke

Tackle of the week was Zion for a fantastic try-saving tackle. Players of the week were Daniel and Luke for both never giving up in some hard games.

Under 11s | Tom

Tom was the star of the week this week for U11s. We saw aggression in play, with him supporting his team and showing good sportsmanship.

He also scored a good try in the corner towards the end of the game. Well done Tom.

Under 13s | Harry

Excellent match against Devizes at home. The U13s Player of the Week went to Harry who returned from injury and still showed great confidence in his tackling.

Under 12s | Jeremy

This week’s U12 player of the week was Jeremy (in centre with Rufus the Bassett Hound) for strong runs, excellent passing, always being in support and being quick over the ball in their game against Hungerford.

Under 14s | Squad

A home game for the U14s this weekend against Corsham. A very tight game that went down to the wire, but RWB securing their fourth win of the season.

Big thanks to all the volunteers in the kiosk and helping with the after-match tea.

Under 15s | Chris

RWBRFC vs Chosen Hill RFC.

Chris made every breakdown and made sure the opposition had to work hard to keep to their game plan. He formed part of a back-row that covered every blade of grass.

Under 16s | Lewis

Lewis had a great game against Salisbury.

Also a special mention to Ollie who was voted player’s player by Salisbury.
