There were sad faces 😞 all around when our Minis and Juniors rugby was cancelled at the weekend, but the wet and cold weather got the better of us. Some of our Junior teams were able to play their Away fixtures, and this is how they got on...
Under 15s | Kieran
Our man of the match was Kieran. In damp muddy conditions he did the dirty work and had some incredible ball carries.
Under 16s | Ollie
Still learning his trade as a Fly Half, Ollie led his team to an impressive away win against a strong Hungerford side. Ollie showed great ambition to play rugby in difficult playing conditions.
Special mention | George, Jack, Will & Jake
A huge congratulations to the four U15s who featured this weekend in the Bassett U16s side, helping them to an impressive win away from home. The four lads played together for over 10 minutes all displaying an excellent level of rugby ability.
