From the flushed faces in these photos, it looks like it was a wet and muddy Sunday for our Minis and Juniors. But they're still all smiling!
Under 6s | Noah
Noah did really well in the game catch me if you can. He also won dodgeball!
Under 6s | Otto
Otto was given player of the week for great tagging. And it was his birthday! Happy birthday Otto.
Under 7s | Finn
Finn was player of the week for under 7s for good passing.
Under 8s | Alfie
Great tagging and defensive work ! Well done!
Under 9s | Hunter & Harry
Hunter was this week's tackler of the week. His tackling was constant and with good technique throughout. Coming up against some bigger players his effort level did not stop and he made some crucial tackles.
Harry S got player of the week because he put into practice what he's been taught and demonstrated how much ground you can cover by power driving your legs.
Under 10s | Eliza & Elliott
Eliza wins player of the week today, getting stuck in with some brilliant running and lots of tackles. Elliott was also on fire with his tackling today, there were so many we lost count so he definitely deserved tackle of the week!
Under 11s | Theo
Theo picked up player of the week for the under 11's for his strong carries into contact and continued support of his teammate…topped off with a couple of try’s. Good work Theo!
Under 12s | Rio
Player of the week is Rio, great effort in challenging conditions for U12.
Under 15s | Toby, Henley and Cian
We travelled to a very wet and windy West Wiltshire Warriors, the whole front row were instrumental in attack and defence, putting pressure on the scrum and making the hard yards to get us on the front foot. Well done Toby, Henley and Cian.
Under 15s | Theo
It was a very muddy Salisbury today for one of 2 U15 away fixtures! Toward the end of the game it was hard to see what players were on which team.
All the lads played with unbelievable passion and were determined to push a strong opposition. The backs worked through some good moves and the forwards worked hard holding a large scrum. It was a hard call today as there were so many great players for bassett. The player that edged it was a tackling assassin, Theo! 💪 Excellent effort all round!
