There was a crowd of 12,267 in attendance on Friday night at The Rec watching Englands U20s take on Ireland in the U20s 6 Nations.

Among the enthusiastic crowd were a good number of young Bassett players cheering on their RWBRFC clubmate Billy Sela who took his place on the field with his England teammates.

By the end of the match the score finished all-equal with a gripping 32-all draw leaving the title undecided ahead of next weekend’s final round of matches.

Billy took the time to sign autographs and take photos with his young fans before heading into the changing rooms.
