at Royal Wootton Bassett RFC, Ballards Ash Sports Ground, Malmesbury Road, Royal Wootton Bassett, Wilts, SN4 8DS
Important Notification
The following Executive Committee Members are standing for re-election at this year’s AGM:
- Chairman - Chris Elias
- Vice Chairman - Dave Thompson
- M&J Section Chairman - Georgina Plant
- Buildings and Facilities Manager - Rob Bloxham
- Clubhouse, Bar and Catering Manager - Dave Floyd
Members wishing to be nominated for one of the above roles may do so, in writing, to the Club Secretary. Each nomination must be supported by a Proposer and Seconder in line with the Club’s Constitution. All nominations, duly proposed and seconded, must be received by the Club Secretary no later than Wednesday, 3rd June 2026.
A ballot for the re-election or appointment of new Executive Committee Members will be made at the AGM.
The appointed Executive Committee Members will elect and appoint the following members of their Executive Committee:
President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Director of Rugby.
