Notice is hereby given that the AGM of RWBRFC will take place at 7pm, Wednesday 24th June 2026

at Royal Wootton Bassett RFC, Ballards Ash Sports Ground, Malmesbury Road, Royal Wootton Bassett, Wilts, SN4 8DS

Important Notification

The following Executive Committee Members are standing for re-election at this year’s AGM:

• Chairman - Chris Elias
• Vice Chairman - Dave Thompson
• M&J Section Chairman  - Georgina Plant
• Buildings and Facilities Manager - Rob Bloxham
• Clubhouse, Bar and Catering Manager - Dave Floyd

Members wishing to be nominated for one of the above roles may do so, in writing, to the Club Secretary.  Each nomination must be supported by a Proposer and Seconder in line with the Club’s Constitution.  All nominations, duly proposed and seconded, must be received by the Club Secretary no later than Wednesday, 10th June 2026.

A ballot for the re-election or appointment of new Executive Committee Members will be made at the AGM.

The appointed Executive Committee Members will elect and appoint the following members of their Executive Committee:

President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Director of Rugby.
