The 2024 Summer Ball will be held on Saturday 13th July
For over 30 years, our Summer Ball has been a highlight on our club's calendar to celebrate the end of the rugby season and bring our community together. It's a glamorous affair, and people from all over Royal Wootton Bassett eagerly anticipate it every year.
The Summer Ball is a glamorous black tie event. Guests start with drinks in the clubhouse before heading to our marquee for a delicious three-course meal served at their tables. The ticket includes an open bar with table service, so everyone can focus on enjoying themselves without any hassle.
Live music and a DJ keep the party going late into the night, and at midnight, we'll serve cheese, biscuits, and port to keep everyone fueled. Last orders are at 1.30 am, and carriages depart at 2 am, marking the end of a fantastic evening.
