Yesterday, we took another step forward with our gym project.
After waiting for nearly 14 months, SSE finally returned to Ballards Ash to upgrade the external transformer to deliver a 3-phase supply to support our increased electricity needs.
In an effort to avoid bringing their vehicles across the pitches, SSE agreed to weave through the roadside woods to deliver the new transformer to site before replacing the old unit. Indeed the linemen did a pretty good job bearing in mind the wind and rain we experienced throughout the day.
Once again, big thanks have to go to Dave Floyd and Rob Bloxham for all the prep work that they have done to make sure the day ran smoothly and according to plan.
