England's next Autumn International fixture will take place this Saturday 24th August at Twickenham with a World Cup warm-up match against Ireland.

We will be showing the match live on the Bassett Big Screen in the clubhouse. The Clubhouse Bar will be open in time for TV coverage at 1pm with the match kicking-off at 3pm.

England beat Ireland 32-20 during the opening weekend of this year's Six Nations. Ireland will no doubt be looking to avenge that defeat in this summer fixture.

England and Ireland have contested a total of 134 rugby test matches since their first meeting in 1875. England have won 77 of those matches, whilst Ireland have won 49 matches. There have also been eight drawn matches between the two teams.

Come along and watch it at Ballards Ash. We'll have Crumps' pies and pasties on sale at the bar. All welcome!
