Over a period of time now the Club has absorbed wholesale price increases with our Bar prices remaining static. We now find ourselves in a position that, to maintain our income stream, a price rise is inevitable.
Following an appraisal of our business we find Bar sales are now sixty-five/thirty-five in favour of non-member sales. As a way of reflecting the need for an increase, but being fair to our Members, it has been decided to raise prices proportionately higher to non-members but allowing our members a significantly higher discount. Our Member discount has been raised to 12.5% with immediate effect.
