Unfortunately the Bowls Club have cancelled the match due to a lack of players on their side.
We will try to rearrange again next year.
The date is approaching for the 'Bone of Contention' - the annual Bowls Match between RWBRFC and Royal Wootton Bassett Bowls Club.
This year the match will take place on Sunday 11th August from 2.30pm. For those wishing to take part, please meet at the Bowls Club between 1pm and 1.30pm. Club blazers should be worn by gentlemen if possessed - if not, a jacket and club tie and flat soled shoes. Ladies should wear whatever they feel comfortable in, although 'miniskirts' are not recommended.
We will select sides at the event and all who attend will be able to play. If club members would like to put their name down to play, please call Roger Harries on 07785500080. If anyone who has put their names down as 'available' now cannot attend, please also call Roger to let him know.
