These were sent by email to all existing ‘bill-payers’ wishing to renew their club membership for the 2017-18 season. If you have not received this email, please check your spam folder, just in case, and if not found, please contact info.royalwoottonbassettrugby@gmail.com
As usual, you can still pay for your membership in person at the club. However, with the launch of our new club website with it’s integrated GMS membership interface, you will also now be able to pay for your membership online.
Senior Players will not be receiving their invoices until our Senior Kit Deals are ready for launch. All senior players should wait until they receive their payment reminder before they log into GMS please.
When first visiting GMS, please ensure you check your contact details are correct and add your date of birth if it is not listed.
With the new website, there are also some changes to the way our ‘Payment By Instalments’ membership scheme is set up.
- You must request to pay by instalments in advance or your membership order will require full payment up front.
- Paying by instalments is just that, it is not paying as you go. Should you wish to cancel your direct debit then your outstanding balance becomes immediately payable.
- This season the payment scheme is for 8 payments, September through to April. If you happen to join late then the first payment will be payable on the month you join and previous missed months are all added together.
