Are you an experienced rugby player seeking a club with quality coaching? Are you moving to the area? Or a rookie player looking for a new challenge?

Look no further - Royal Wootton Bassett RFC are ready to welcome new players - from experienced Level 5/6 players, all the way through to social players new to the game.

RWBRFC play at Ballards Ash, Royal Wootton Bassett in Wiltshire - regularly running four teams catering for all levels and abilities:

  • 1st XV - South West 1: Level 6
  • 2nd XV - D&W 1, North: Level 8
  • 3rd XV - D&W 2, North, Level 9
  • 4th XV - Regular Social & Friendly Fixtures

As a club we pride ourselves on developing our players to the very best of their abilities and provide an exceptional coaching set up. The club boasts the best facilities in the area, with a well equipped Strength & Conditioning Gymnasium and an established nutritional support programme.

With that in mind, work is underway this season on the construction of a new purpose-built indoor ’strength & conditioning barn' which will create a one-of-a-kind training facility for our players and wider club membership.

Now after another successful season we are looking to improve even further, recruiting new players for the 2018/19 season.

Royal Wootton Bassett RFC have previously welcomed players from overseas with much success, so would welcome any enquiries with relevant details.

Join the Boys in Black & White for Pre-Season Training from Monday 2nd July at 7pm.  Senior Squad Training (1st & 2nd XVs) then continues every Monday & Thursday evening and Social Squad Training (3rd & 4th XVs) on Thursday evenings. Our club is very welcoming to any new player looking to play rugby. Whatever your ability or age we have a team that offers superb rugby and an excellent social atmosphere.

Email directorofrugby@rwbrfc.club to discuss how we can give you a game.
