Royal Wootton Bassett RFC’s social event of theyear!

This year our Annual RWBRFC Summer Ball willbe held on Saturday 13th July 2019.

The Summer Ball has been running over 25 years andis one of the club's premier fundraising events and amuch-looked-forward-to social occasion. The Ball is a showpiece event, both forour Club and also for our town of Royal Wootton Bassett, as people come fromfar and wide to attend.

The Summer Ball is a glamorous black tie event.Following welcoming drinks in the clubhouse, guests take their seats in themarquee for a three-course meal. An all-inclusive bar is included in the ticketprice with table service from the bar to help save us time and energy for thedancing later in the evening. A live band will take the stage, followed by adisco till the early hours with cheese, biscuits and port served at midnight tohelp recharge the batteries.

The ticket price for this fabulous event is £82.50,and includes:

· Drinks on arrival

· All-inclusive bar with table service
